Credit Reports
NACM CS members have access to credit tools to improve cash flow and credit management processes. Our NACM Trade Credit Reports provide information about the creditworthiness of potential and existing customers, helping you make informed decisions about establishing customer relationships and extending credit. These reports provide monthly and quarterly payment trends, past collection claims, alerts, and more.
Collection Services
NACM CS offers collection services to complement your billing process. NACM CS will send demand letters to your delinquent customers on request. Sometimes, the “nudge” of a third party specialist is all that’s needed to help you get paid. If this doesn’t bring payment, we have third-party collection specialists on staff to help collect the past-due obligation up to and through the legal process.
Education/Training
NACM CS offers a full menu of classes, including webinars/Skype classes, in-house seminars, and ten-week training sessions. These classes address different requirements and skill levels. The topics of these classes range from general skills to professional credit courses (for example, Business Credit Principles, Financial Analysis, Credit Law). We also offer classes required as the basis for three nationally recognized designations: Credit Business Associate (CBA), Credit Business Fellow (CBF), and Certified Credit Executive (CCE).
Industry Credit Groups
With membership to NACM CS, you will have exceptional access to credit resources, including industry credit groups. These groups provide an excellent method for gathering information about your customers and provide a unique, valuable forum for learning from expert presenters and your peers.
