Have you ever experienced a major change within your organization? Change is a funny creature; it creates so many emotions that come out at the most unexpected times. I’m always intrigued how individuals manage the emotions of an announced change. A person can work through the emotions of change at quite different paces, and some are able to skip several of the emotions in the process. Positive energy can fast-track a changing environment. NACM on a national level has gone through some recent changes. NACM Northwest had to quickly be re-organized to be known as NACM Commercial Services in order service a larger market, including the greater parts of the Northwest, California, and Nevada. Our staff is very positive about the change and we have a warm welcome for NACM members in California and Nevada! A credit professional is attracted to NACM because there is collective intelligence in our established credit community. A member can access so many credit resources and have answers to difficult credit related issues within minutes. We help credit managers look good!
